An ultra rare Yeomanry Cavalry Helmet of a pattern worn for a limited period a matter of months before the regiment decided upon the Busby as its chosen headress.

The helmet has a unique badge to the front that was only ever used on this trial helmet (See images). The chin chain has been repaired in as much as the leather backing has been renewed, otherwise all of the helmet is in original condition,however the liner is missing.
Condition over all is very good 8/10.
